We focus on venture-backed, seed through C stage companies; organizations that have little margin for error in hiring. Our clients need high performers in every seat. They need team members that are well suited to the unique demands of a high growth startup.
Our search framework is find-tuned to find and hire exactly those people.
For each role, we partner deeply with our clients to understand their needs, and tailor our program to their unique situation. We go beyond searching for highly skilled candidates. We use our background as startup operators to evaluate candidates for stage fit, a critical element to hiring for any early stage business.
About Me
I am a seasoned startup executive with over 15 years of experience in media, advertising, software, and people leadership. I have held a variety of executive roles with early stage startups, from client success/account management, to business development, partnerships, and general management positions. I’ve had the opportunity to lead large teams, and own critical business relationships in advertising software and streaming content businesses.
Through it all, the most personally rewarding elements of my career have been building and leading teams of people. I have always enjoyed hiring and developing talent.
I started Indalo to bring my passion for team building to as many startups as possible. Our deepest networks of talent are centered around SF, NYC, and Boston. I work and live in Austin, Texas, fitting in family trips to the mountains whenever possible.
